COVID-19 Retreat and Event Policies
It’s hard to be sure of a lot of things during this time, but there is one thing we want you to be confident in – Crowders will take great care of your retreat or day event!
To help you book with confidence, we are offering the following improved policies for any retreats or day events booked for November 2020-April 2021.
If your group drops any numbers after the final number deadline, we will remove all charges for the dropped numbers EXCEPT for meal charges (food orders go in early; we still have to pay our food bill even if your campers can’t attend).
If your entire group cannot attend due to COVID illness or exposure, we can transfer your payments to another retreat/day event to be held within 2 months of the cancelled event.
If your group decides to cancel as a COVID-19 precaution (precaution is defined as PURELY preventative, not due to any known illness or exposure to COVID-19 within your group), your event can be re-booked and payments credited if the new event will be held within 2 months of the cancelled event AND you give us at least 10 days notice of the cancellation.
Beyond financial concerns, of course our first and foremost concern is for the health and safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers. For this reason, Crowders Camps has transparent health and safety guidelines available to help you understand how we are mitigating the spread of COVID at camp.
